Our homemade vegan pesto comes in two bold varieties:

🟢 Pesto Genovese – fresh basil + cashews
🔴 Pesto Rosso – sun-dried tomatoes + almonds

Both were created to complement our naturally leavened breads—savory, vibrant, and just as nourishing.

Our pesto genovese is a reimagined classic: instead of Parmesan cheese, we use locally-sourced cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. 100% plant-based, 100% full-flavored. Crafted in our Filipino artisan bakery, this sauce speaks to our love of whole food ingredients and the beauty of simplicity.

Use it as a spread on toast, a dip for fresh veggies, or a luxe layer over grilled sourdough. It’s a preservative-free, vegan dip that turns anything into an indulgence.

Freezer-friendly like our loaves, this pesto comes in generous 700ml reusable containers—ideal for stocking up or sharing with last-minute guests who “just happened to be in the area.”

Dimensions

Weight (boule): 970-980g (plain) and 1-1.1kg (seeded) before final proof

Weight (focaccia): 1kg (plain) and 1-1.2kg (flavored)

Care information

This loaf keeps well at room temperature for 3 days (focaccia) and up to 5 days (boule) especially when stored in a linen cloth or bread bag. We do not recommend refrigeration as it goes stale there quickly. Instead, you may want to freeze the loaf to preserve it for up to 3 months. You may slice before freezing. When you are ready to enjoy it, just let the bread sit on the counter for about 30 minutes before toasting on high for 5-10 minutes.
