Refund policy

All products are homemade and handmade and meet the strictest food handling standards. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, Rise will replace the product or give you a full refund.

Damages and issues

Rise produces sourdough loaves baked fresh on the day of delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is spoiled, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Refunds

Rise offers a money-back guarantee for any product deemed unsatisfactory. Once the issue has been examined and the request for a refund approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
