At Rise Artisanal, we believe that good bread is not just something you eat—it is something you build a meal around, something you share, something healthy and delicious that it forces you to slow down.

Our bread bundles are designed with that philosophy in mind: complete, intentional pairings that bring together naturally fermented sourdough, plant-based dips, and lightly sweetened desserts. Available all year round, these bundles are perfect whether you’re hosting, gifting, or simply choosing food worth savoring.

Every single loaf that comes from our kitchen begins with just three ingredients: flour, salt and water.

From there, we work with the elements—time and temperature.

Our sourdough ferments slowly, for at least 18 hours. This allows the bread to:

  • break down gluten for better digestibility
  • develop deep, natural flavor—no additives needed
  • keep longer without preservatives

In the tropics, dough rises faster. We could take shortcuts. We just choose not to.

We let time do its work because that is how sourdough develops its flavor, character, and real nutritional value.

The bread that reaches your table is the same bread we serve our own family. Shortcuts were never really an option.

Paired with our vegan dips made from real, whole ingredients—cashews, almonds, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and lemon —it becomes a kind of “fast food” for busy people that is anything but rushed: fresh, satisfying, and quietly restorative.

At Rise Artisanal, we are mindful of our customers’ dietary needs.

We bake only real sourdough bread. It is still wheat-based and is not suitable for those with celiac disease. That said, celiac disease remains relatively uncommon in the Philippines, where rice is still the staple.

For some with gluten sensitivity, however, well-fermented sourdough can be easier to digest. Many of our customers come to us with a doctor’s caveat: they can enjoy bread, so long as it is real sourdough. If that is your condition, then we’ve got you covered.

Bread bundle 2: classic sourdough focaccia + vegan dip = Php 1800

Our dips require a bit more attention.

While entirely plant-based, these vegan dips do contain nuts—almonds in the pesto rosso, cashews in the pesto genovese. Blended with extra virgin olive oil, they create richness and body, replacing the dairy often found in commercial spreads.

We produce them in larger batches (700ml per dip) because they freeze well for convenient storage and delivery across Metro Manila. They are versatile in the kitchen: pair them with crostinis (made with our sourdough focaccia), use as a spread, fold into pasta, mix into a vinaigrette, or build them into dishes like a salmon bake.

No dairy. No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just real food, built slowly.

Our cookies are made with reduced sugar, allowing the natural flavors of butter, sourdough, and chocolate to come through. The result is a healthier dessert that pairs seamlessly with our artisan sourdough bread.

This sourdough and cookie bundle is designed for sharing. With generous portions of our sourdough focaccia and a dozen sourdough cookies baked fresh at our home bakery in Quezon City, it is a natural choice for gifting.

A Simple Philosophy

The only bread we eat is the bread we bake. If it’s not good enough for our table, it’s not worth sending to yours.

Baking real sourdough in the Philippines means working with a tropical climate that is anything but predictable. Heat and humidity—especially at the height of summer—can affect even the most disciplined process. If you ever receive a loaf with an irregular crumb, let us know. We will replace it.

We don’t fight Mother Nature—we work with it. That means refining our craft every day and choosing sustainable packaging wherever possible.
