Our sourdough banana bread is a zero-waste, artisan twist on a classic—moist, bold, and naturally flavorful.
Crafted in our Filipino artisan bakery, this loaf features at least five overripe bananas and our sourdough discard, turning would-be waste into a naturally leavened, preservative-free dessert. With very little sugar (50g), we let the fruit shine—balanced by chunks of Belgian chocolate for richness.
Our sourdough banana bread is baked at our local microbakery in the Philippines, perfect for those who value whole food baking.
Keeps moist in the fridge for up to a week. Freeze for longer enjoyment.

Care information
This loaf keeps well at room temperature for 3 days (focaccia) and up to 5 days (boule) especially when stored in a linen cloth or bread bag. We do not recommend refrigeration as it goes stale there quickly. Instead, you may want to freeze the loaf to preserve it for up to 3 months. You may slice before freezing. When you are ready to enjoy it, just let the bread sit on the counter for about 30 minutes before toasting on high for 5-10 minutes.
