Say hello to your new favorite snack: our Sourdough Everything Crisps, made with sourdough discard and our homemade blend inspired by Trader Joe’s famous “everything but the bagel” seasoning. Each bite is thin, crisp, and wildly crave-worthy.
We don’t just bake—we upcycle. Instead of tossing out our sourdough discard, we transform it into these handcrafted crisps, rich in good-for-your-gut prebiotics and that signature sourdough tang. Less waste. More flavor. Better for you.
Made in our local microbakery in the Philippines, these crisps are crafted from just five ingredients: sourdough discard, flour, butter, our custom everything blend, and a touch of sea salt.
Pair them with cheese boards, our vegan dips or just eat them straight from the jar—we won’t judge if you "drink" the crumbs.
This is naturally leavened, preservative-free snacking, from a Filipino artisan bakery that believes in flavor, simplicity, and soul.

Care information
This loaf keeps well at room temperature for 3 days (focaccia) and up to 5 days (boule) especially when stored in a linen cloth or bread bag. We do not recommend refrigeration as it goes stale there quickly. Instead, you may want to freeze the loaf to preserve it for up to 3 months. You may slice before freezing. When you are ready to enjoy it, just let the bread sit on the counter for about 30 minutes before toasting on high for 5-10 minutes.
