Our sourdough granola is a hallmark of Rise Artisanal’s commitment to zero-waste baking and elevated snacking. Made with nutrient-rich sourdough discard—a byproduct of our naturally fermented sourdough process—it retains the beneficial bacteria our bodies love.
This tangy, wholesome binder brings together premium rolled oats, toasted walnuts, cashews, almonds, and a medley of seeds including sesame, pumpkin, and sunflower. We add tart cranberries, sweet raisins, and just a touch of honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg for warmth and balance.
The result? A small-batch, guilt-free crunch that’s both nourishing and flavorful. Whether eaten on its own or paired with yogurt, each bite offers a taste of our artisanal philosophy: honest ingredients, sustainable choices, and flavor that comforts.

Care information
This loaf keeps well at room temperature for 3 days (focaccia) and up to 5 days (boule) especially when stored in a linen cloth or bread bag. We do not recommend refrigeration as it goes stale there quickly. Instead, you may want to freeze the loaf to preserve it for up to 3 months. You may slice before freezing. When you are ready to enjoy it, just let the bread sit on the counter for about 30 minutes before toasting on high for 5-10 minutes.
