I use the bread for open faced sandwiches like cream cheese and smoke salmon or chopped hadboiled egg and bacon.
I live in Laguna and I stock this up like a crazy lady.

Good ingredients were used. The flavor was interesting and balanced. You can taste the blue cheese and the tartness of the dried apricot in every bite.
Ms. Mai is very approachable and responsive with my queries. Although I am not the one who tasted the product, I was very satisfied with the presentation/packaging and quality of the bread. Her Focaccia is the most decent one I found in Instagram. Thank you very much Ms. Mai. I will definitely purchase in future.
The seeded loaf is the best sourdough I’ve had in Manila. The apple pies are also very delicious.
